PRIVATE CLASSES

In Private Classes we determine your goals, we have the freedom to choose the time and place that suits you, we experiment within your practice with an open communication, and mostly we have fun! 

 

Beginner

If you wish to get started in yoga, we work at your own pace through easier and slower classes tailored to your need and moving towards improving your body awareness, learning to associate breath and movement, improving your flexibility and strength progressively.

You will quickly feel an improvement on how you generally feel in your body and mind.

Intermediate/Advanced

​

Let me help you take your practice to the next level, spending more time to work on specific aspects of yoga like transitions, arm balances, inversions, while refining your alignment for a safe and effective practice whilst honouring your body's limitations. And we all have them!

It can be a gentle stretching practice with some breathwork and meditation or a more active yoga class.
